Terms of Service
Artist's rights:The rights to every piece the artist produces belong to the artist (unless I purchase the commercial rights added in the price list). This means that I, the artist, am allowed to:
-Show the final product in my portfolio/social media/as an example of my commission list (unless otherwise stated).Client's rights.-The client has the right to use the product in a personal capacity, so he/she may not make any profit from the product without having paid commercial royalties: resell it, use it in merchandise, etc.
-If the artist resells or commercially uses the final product, the customer has the right to request a full refund.
-If the client uses the piece commercially without the corresponding rights, the artist will blacklist the client.
-The client is entitled to two corrections on the first sketch, one in case of lineart and coloring.
GERENAL
-Payments only by Paypal
-Payments in advance
-No refunds accepted
-Please include references
-I don't start working until I receive the payment
-If the client wants something specific (Expression // background // pose // etc.), he/she must specify it in the commission request.
-If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the client wanted it to have, but it was not indicated when placing the order, no refund will be made and the change can only be made with an extra payment.
